The Jacques Rougerie Foundation and Costa Rica will jointly participate in the United Nations Ocean Conference (UNOC) in Nice in June 2025. During this preparatory meeting, 150 students from the University of Costa Rica presented innovative projects to Jacques Rougerie and our ambassador, Carlos Moreno, addressing the threats facing the coastal city of Puntarenas, with an emphasis on creativity and environmental awareness.
