Purrifying Cloud

In response to the various problems caused by rising sea levels, we are proposing a "PURIFYING CLOUD" building that harvests freshwater. The harvested water will be used for human activity or infiltrated, and finally returned to the ground to be stored in aquifers. The storage and infiltration of fresh water not only prevents the depletion of aquifers, but also mitigates the loss of agricultural land due to salt damage.
